It has good content. It sets. Foundation of understanding what is affecting your ability to untangle and understand ADHD
People don’t understand the underlying reasons for their behavior and don’t know any other way to be. But ADHD symptoms, lack of understanding along with the misconceptions about what it is and how it affects people, really makes for a difficult life. This will provide me at least a guide on how to navigate such a seemingly loud and and chaotic world with a little more grace.
This app has been a lifesaver for me. I do the exercises in app and it helps me immensely. I’m knew to ADHD.
There is something very therapeutic about normalizing ADHD to one's self. After you've lived as long as I have believing all the negative adjectives people use about what seems all very normal to you and honestly impossible to fix it's quite jarring to realize that people have not been very understanding and that you have been extremely tough on yourself. I'm not lazy I'm not immature and I can turn this around. That's what this app has done for me it's made me realize that I have believed other people's judgments of my ADHD for far too long and I don't deserve that kind of negative perception of myself and all those negative words floating around in my head when I'm struggling. It's already hard enough but to just feel judgment and shame all the time is pretty heavy. I'm ready to be free of it and I feel like this app can help me. It already is.
The Wisey team are very caring and compassionate, and you can tell they sincerely care about the wellbeing of their clients. I had a problem and they replied to me almost immediately, stayed in contact with me until it was resolved, and followed up with me. I ask you, where can you find a customer service team that really cares about us? Here at Wisey, that’s where. Also, I’ve tried other apps and feel Wisey is one of, if not the, best ADHD app. Thank you Wisey Team
I was diagnosed - to my surprise - with ADHD last year. After a lifetime of managing symptoms with tools I had learned along the way, my life circumstances became so overwhelming and stressful that I found myself struggling with memory recall, organization, and presence in a way that I had never before. Since my diagnosis, I have employed the use of multiple avenues for understanding and managing my ADHD, from audiobooks and podcasts to memberships to online communities and resources. Some were helpful, and some felt like they were taking advantage of my god-given forgetfulness and procrastination. Wisey popped up in a targeted ad one day, and I was curious to know more. I am SO glad I signed up. While I haven't gotten very far in the wealth of content available, I can already say that Wisey has been the most supportive and least guilt-tripping resource I have come across thus far. The graphics and audio are crystal clear, perfectly-paced (though you can speed it up too), and easy to follow while hitting all of the most essential components of the subject at hand, which makes the content easy to remember. There is just enough focus on accountability to keep me on track, and the right amount of emphasis on encouragement and empowerment. I have already noticed subtle yet meaningful differences in the way I approach intimidating projects and I am becoming better at prioritizing tasks during my workday. I am actually looking forward to completing my next lessons in Wisey, and believe I'm going to continue to see benefits in my work and relationships because of them.
I really like this app platform. They have a wide range of courses – way more than I expected! And I have found that they have helped me greatly in trying to address my procrastination and other self-help categories. I also really liked the speed reading and cognitive psychology hacks module. But perhaps the best thing about this platform *and where it outperformed others) is their fantastic customer service. Instead of a black box, they were very quick in resolving some technical issues I had and it felt personal, definitely not an AI chatbox. Very very happy and would absolutely recommend to friends.
I bought a one month Wisey program to better understand procrastination. Wisey gives interesting explanations and leads, and I realized that I was already applying some of the advice, which in itself was already useful. The texts and diagrams are clear and detailed, which is helpful.
Self-discovery, sometimes it could be very frustrating not understanding oneself. Once one gets to the root of the problems, create a strategy that will resolve the issue, and to stay discipline in order to overcome a situation, it really becomes life altering to finally be able to take a deep breath again w/o any unsettling thoughts.
So educational — this course helps me understand the underlying factors behind my behavior so I can work towards strengthening my discipline!
