We offer subscription for service, which renews automatically at the end of each period (month, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method that you submit.

We accept payments by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and via PayPal.

Our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a contract between you and us, which governs your use of our service.

The Terms are of indeterminate duration, however you may terminate them at any time by deleting your account. To do this, contact us via email provided in our Privacy Policy.

You will continue to have access to the service by the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

We may terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases.

We do not deliver our product / provide our service to nationals of the countries that are sanctioned by the United Nations, the European Union, and the Government of the United States of America.

We are required by the legislation of the European Union to guarantee conformity of the product or service you purchased from us during the entire term of the contract between you and us in case of continuous supply of the service (e.g. auto-renewable subscription).

You are entitled to the following remedies if the duty of conformity is breached:

• • To have the product or service brought into conformity;
  • To receive a proportionate reduction in the price;
  • To terminate the contract.

Note that consumer protection laws in the country where you habitually reside may provide for a longer period during which our duty of conformity applies.

We will consider your claim and attempt to find a satisfactory solution to it within up to 10 days.

In the event disputes in connection with our contract with you, the European Commission provides a platform, facilitating the independent and out-of-court settlement of online disputes between European Union consumers and professionals, accessible at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email or otherwise of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the following Model withdrawal form,  but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
